Moreover, in the course of these years it has developed diverse initiatives focused on the loyalty of its customers.

“We are contented for reaching this two-decade milestone offering efficiency and practicality to our customers. Although we may be in a challenging moment for the Brazilian economy, in the last four years no cargo company in the country has ever performed investments of this magnitude in projects and improvements of services, such as tracking technology, for example,” Luis Quintiliano, executive director of LATAM Cargo Brazil, affirms. “We have been able to move ahead in the consolidation of an integrated cargo and passenger network, we have perfected connectivity, we have strengthened the proposal of value and the product portfolio, besides continuing in perfecting processes and costs to ensure the company’s competitiveness,” he stated.
