Between October 14 and 17, five of the most influential Brazilian journalists from Sao Paulo, visited southern Chile to tour the Salmon Route, an initiative organized by LAN CARGO, TAM Cargo and Salmón de Chile.
They visited different processing plants and LAN CARGO facilities at the airport in Santiago, where they could appreciate the processes and systems dedicated to preserve the quality of the product until it reaches its destination.
During the trip they participated in typical culinary traditions of southern Chile, ending the route with a dinner at the prestigious Skye restaurant at Hotel Unique in Sao Paulo, where the main course was… salmon from Chile.
