TAM Cargo began operations out of its new warehouse in Goiania. The local structure was expanded to 10,764 sq ft (1,000 m2), an increase of about 150%.
This new warehouse offers an ample space for the handling of cargo while providing agility, comfort, and security to its clients, all within a terminal that caters to diversified types of needs and exclusive services.
The new warehouse will provide a series of benefits. At this time we have the best flight network, schedules, and conditions for the handling and transportation of cargo. In addition, we transport products from the largest pharmaceutical companies in the region”, Pablo Navarrete, Executive Director of TAM Cargo
The new warehouse is part of a US$20 million LATAM Airlines Group plan to invest in Brazil. This latest expansion is in addition to the one in Manaus, the largest cargo warehouse in the Brazil network, recently inaugurated in 2013. “These investments demonstrate the company’s commitment to improving its infrastructure in the country while offering excellent service to its clients,” adds Navarrete.
