Miami, Los Angeles, Frankfurt and Mexico City were the first cities where LATAM Cargo made known to its customers its new product portfolio.
Sustained on the pillars of commitment, swiftness and reliability, the new portfolio includes 11 different care options with specific attributes according to the requirements of each shipment. Moreover, it contains 3 service options, among them, a new alternative in terms of price and speed: our original FLEX service in Latin America.
The new portfolio, which allows 19 different combinations, had a very good acceptance on the part of the customers, who recognized the company’s efforts in becoming more interested with their needs.
The launching events were accompanied, furthermore, by communications by e-mail, personalized meetings with customers and a broad coverage in the industry’s specialized press media.
The new portfolio has been implemented gradually, starting in North America and Europe, reaching very good results in its initial months. To ensure its success, LATAM Cargo conducted an almost 2-year internal transformation with the objective of developing, modifying and standardizing processes, systems and structures, by adapting itself to the customers’ current needs. During the first half of 2016, the implementation and launch will be conducted in the South American markets.
With clear promises from the reservation of the product and consistency in execution throughout the entire network, the new portfolio seeks to deliver to LATAM Cargo customers, solutions tailored to the needs of each shipment.
